8-5-5-5-5-5 Front Squats @22X1
6x 30-45sec. Free Handstand Practise (e.g. try to take feet off the wall)
Start a new round of both exercises every 2:30min. First set is warm-up
B:
Death by:
10 Squats + x Burpees
Death by = EMOM For as Long as Possible
10 Squats + 1 Burpee in the first minute
10 Squats + 2 Burpee in the second minute
10 Squats + 3 Burpee in the third minute
etc.
