THURSDAY
STRENGTH: Pull-ups + Handstand Push-up Practise / WOD: 20min AMRAP with DB skills
STRENGTH: Back Squat + Accessory: Lunges + Shoulder Strength

FRIDAY
WOD: Long Steady Pace Workout

SATURDAY
STRENGTH: Clean / WOD: 15min AMRAP mainly with bodyweight exercises
