They have to be TnG, no rest at the bottom.
Each athlete does all sets, alternate after a set.
You can repeat a failed set with a lower load if needed.
Time cap: 5min Warm-up then 10min to do all sets.

B:
In Teams of 2, AMRAP in 16min of:
16 Toes-to-bar
16 Plyo Push-ups
16 Front Rack Lunges @ Moderate
