CrossFit Zug öffnet seine Tore für Familien. Unter dem Namen «FamilyFit» werden künftig weitere Angebote für die Familien dazu kommen.

This class is for every level, from beginner to advanced. It’s every Wednesday at 6 p.m. with our Coach Martin who is a former Vice Swiss Champion (1996).

Starting this week we will provide a new class every Saturday from 12:30-14:00h @ CrossFit Zug.

You are welcome to watch the Games at the box this weekend. I will organize some chips and little snacks and something to drink. In case you want to order some pizzas or something else, this is up to you.
