B:
In Teams of 3 (or 4):
Buy-in: Run 400m together
then:
40 Sync. Medball Thrusters
40 Sync. Burpees over Medball
30 Sync. Medball Thrusters
30 Sync. Burpees over Medball

Rules:
Sync. Medball Thruster is like the „worm“ at the games. So you have to move the medball from one shoulder to the other over your head.
Sync. Burpees over Medball: Chest needs to be on the floor at some point at the same time and the whole jump needs to be sync.
If a rep is not sync: it’s a NO REP. You will have to repeat that rep.
